Bookings will be confirmed by means of a voucher that should be presented when the keys to the apartment are handed over, after the client has communicated his/her credit card number or paid 30% of the total rental sum due. The payment of the 30% of the rental sum due can made via a bank transfer or cheque. The payment of the 30% deposit will be held as a security deposit and will be paid out to the client at the end of his/her stay, minus any amounts due for breakages or utilities not included in the rental price. Therefore in addition to the 30% deposit, upon arrival the whole rental sum is due. Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00 of the day of arrival. Check-out is before 11:00 of the departure date. Heating, air conditioning (where available), gas and electricity are not included in the rental price for periods exceeding 2 weeks. Bed linen, use of the common washing room and cleaning before and after the rental period are always included.

Cancellation
Immediately after confirmation of your booking through credit card or payment of the 30% deposit of the total rental sum due, any cancellation made will be subject to a cancellation fee of 60% of the 30% deposit. If the cancellation is made less than 15 days before arrival, the cancellation fee amounts to 80% of the 30% deposit. If the client does not show up on the date of arrival, the entire deposit of 30% will be witheld as a cancellation fee.
